Race Performance and MOMO Megatron with tailwind to Imola

After the successful start into the season in the British Silverstone, the two drivers Michel Frey and Franck Mailleux travel to Italy full of optimism. With the about 500HP strong Oreca 03 Judd the well-practised Duo claimed second rank in England right away. “Our debut could hardly have been better”, Franck Mailleux was pleased and team mate Michel Frey adds: “Of course such a brilliant podium success is a great motivation for the next round. However, our task in Imola will not be an easy matter. Especially lapping the slower cars will require a lot of instinctive feeling.”

Race Performance not only aims for another top-result next weekend, but also finishes the preparations for the highlight of the season in Le Mans. “We are set-up already quite good, now everything else is to get the final perfection for the package. With regards to the race in Le Mans the excitement within the team is growing. However, I feel confident that we get along with the pressure quite good and that we will be well prepared”, explains Frey.

Especially for the endurance classic at the Sarthe the team owner and his squad has called a reinforcement on board. In the teams most important race of the year the 25-year-old GP2-Driver Jon Lancaster will share the cockpit with Michel Frey and Franck Mailleux.
