The London Project to Cure Blindness and Genoa Racing racing to save sight

ELMS - 23/08/2011

The London Project to Cure Blindness is a research collaboration between Professor Pete Coffey at University College London and Dr Lyndon da Cruz, Consultant Retinal Surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital.

The London Project aims to use your Stem Cells as an individualized treatment to restore your sight if you suffer from Age-related Macular Degeneration.

In 2011 The London Project received a generous and innovative offer of support from the Le Man's racing team – Storholm Racing. We hope that thanks to Storholm Racing's fantastic opportunity, we will be able to raise the profile of the London Project, and secure the £5m needed to help put an end to blindness from Macular Degeneration.
