ELMS - 22/03/2017
Q: Theo, welcome to the ELMS, what attracted you to join the series?
I’ve always been a big fan of ELMS, with amazing cars, great drivers and some of the greatest tracks in the world it was a “no brainer”, the opportunity was too good to pass up.
Q: How is your integration with the team going?
The team is great, and have been very welcoming so far. Being the only person that isn’t from France on the team was daunting at first but the professionalism on display from everyone in the organisation has been extremely comforting, and has me excited for the season ahead.
Q: What do you think of the Ligier JS P3?
The JS P3 has been stellar! With only one day under my belt I can say that it is right up my alley when it comes to some of the cars I have driven in the past, being that it has plenty of torque and downforce. In the one test day we did it was apparent that the car was hooked up!
Q: Have you ever driven on any of the circuits on the 2017 schedule? And which are you looking to racing on the most?
Before signing with Panis-Barthez Competition I had only been to Europe once with the family on vacation. So this will be the first time I have driven any of these tracks, however I have always dreamed of driving these circuits. Growing up in the States my dad and I would often wake up early in the mornings to watch the races in Europe on TV. The track I am probably most excited for is Spa, it is such a historic track and one of my favourite to watch as a kid on TV. I have also probably spent more hours at Spa in the sim than anywhere else.
