Q: As an Italian driver how do you feel about racing at Monza, the Home of Italian Motorsport?
Monza is special for all the Italian racing drivers, and for me it is even more special because this is the circuit where I used to go with my father to watch the races when I was just a kid, and the place where I started to grow my passion for Motorsport. This is the track of the incredible “1000 Km di Monza” and is the home town of one of my idol: Vittorio Brambilla, who won the World Sportscar Championship in 1977.
Q: What is your favourite corner at Monza?
Variante Ascari is so far my favourite one. After the first hard brake the movements inside the three corners makes you feel like you are dancing... and the exit on the kerbs is always on the edge.
Q: You had a good race at Silverstone, what we will be your goal for the second round of the season?
This is my first season as a professional racing driver and the race in Silverstone was good for me. I’m sure my teammates and I can improve our performances a lot, and we will be able to show our potentials to the fans. Top five is our target!
