Why come to Silverstone next weekend?

• Meet some of the most famous drivers in the world of endurance racing

During the week-end you will have two opportunities to meet some of the most famous sportscar drivers in the world. First on Saturday 15^th April, you will get the chance to meet the ELMS drivers during the traditional pitwalk and autograph session from 12h15 to 13h00. So don’t be late if you want to be the first to take a selfie or chat with one of our British drivers such as our reigning European champions Andrew Howard, Darren Turner or Christian England! If you missed the autograph session on Saturday don’t worry, on Sunday 16^th you will have the chance to meet the drivers of the FIA World Endurance Championship during another autograph session from 10h00 to 10h30.

• Enjoy several international races on the same weekend

Coming to Silverstone on the 15^th and 16^th April will give you the opportunity to enjoy two international endurance races. The first one, will be the opening round of the 2017 European Le Mans Series, the 4 Hours of Silverstone, where 35 cars will hit the track to fight for the victory. The start of the race will be given on Saturday 15^th April at 14h30.

On Sunday 16^th the most prestigious sports cars in the world will be in action for the first round of the season of the FIA WEC.

• Great entertainment for all the family

A brand new village will be set up at Stowe in the FIA WEC area in order to entertain all the family during the weekend. The fans will have the chance to experience a pitstop thanks to our virtual reality booth, there will be a driving simulator, to allow you to follow the step of some of our drivers!  Some VTT shows will entertain the little one as well as the adults and many more activities are waiting for you! We are sure that the sun will shine, but, just in case the British weather decides otherwise, there will be an indoor area in the Hall 1 of the Wing building with giant screens, racing simulators, coffee zone…Everything has been planned to keep you busy!

• Having a great Easter weekend of Endurance Racing!

Coming to Silverstone next weekend will be the opportunity for you and your family to enjoy a great Easter weekend by discovering two of the best motorsport series in the world (ELMS and FIA WEC). There will be plenty to see on and off track to keep the little and the adults entertain all the weekend! And who knows, maybe the Easter Bunny will join us as well!
