Following the report n°2 of the Chief Scrutiner, the competitor n°23 (Zytek 09 MIK Corse) is authorised to start under the following conditions:
-To neutralize every high voltage system on the car
-To remove every hybrid advertising and naming, either on the car or on every official documents.
These conditions will be controlled by the chief scrutiner before the car take part to the practice sessions of the Friday.
