ELMS - 29/06/2011
Recently victorious in LMP2 during the last 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Saudi Arabian driver Karim Ojjeh continues his Le Mans Series season with the Greaves Motorsport team on a Zytek Z11SN-Nissan. A few days before the 6 Hours of Imola, he gave us his impressions.
You have just won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 category, how do you feel three weeks afterwards?
It is a real consecration, I am very happy to have won this race. I can almost retire. I have fulfilled a dream.
How are you approaching the 3rd Le Mans Series race of the season?
We are very serene even though the circuit is very technical, sinuous and can hide surprises. We will also have to watch out for Peugeot and Audi.
Have you already raced at Imola?
Never in a competition but for a test day.
What are you aiming for in the 6 Hours of Imola?
We would like to leave Imola in the front with as many points as possible to go to Silverstone in first position.
