In LMGTE category, the three steps of the podium have three 458’s in less than one second. The first under the chequered flag is the Formula Racing 458 #60 (managed by AF Corse) with Johnny Laursen, Mikkel Mac and Andrea Rizzoli. Just behind, the AF Corse 458 Italia number 55 driven by Duncan Cameron, Matt Griffin and Aaron Scott. In third place, Peter Mann, Matteo Cressoni and Raffaele Giammaria in their AF Corse Ferrari 458 Italy number 51. In eighth spot, the AT Racing Ferrari 458 Italia #56 (managed by AF Corse) with Alexander Talkanitsa, Alexander Talkanitsa Junior and Alessandro Pier Guidi.
In addition, the great victory in the GTC category thanks to Thomas Flohr, Francesco Castellacci and Stuart Hall in the AF Corse Ferrari 458 Italia #62. In fourth position, the Ferrari 458 #63 driven by Giorgio Roda, Ilya Melnikov and Marco Cioci. Withdrawal of the 458 Italia #64 with Mads Rasmussen, Filipe Barreiros and Francisco Guedes.
Even in the championship standing, the Ferrari 458’s shine. Rizzoli, Laursen and Mac are first in LMGTE Drivers classification with 48 points followed by Cameron, Griffin and Scott (43). In fourth position, Talkanitsa,
Talkanitsa Junior and Pier Guidi (36). In the LMGTE Team Classification, Formula Racing has the top with 48 points, AF Corse is second with 43. AT Racing is third (36 points).
Castellacci and Hall are second in the Drivers GTC with 51 points; third the teammates Barreiros, Guedes and Rasmussen (33). AF Corse is second among the GTC Team.
The next round of the European Le Mans Series will be at Paul Ricard, September 5th and 6th.
