Members of the #83 Kessel Racing all-female driver line-up try the Le Mans 24 Hours AOtech simulator

The Kessel Racing drivers will be heading for Tigery, near Paris, for their sessions on Thursday 28 March and Monday 1 April. 

The AOTech simulator will be a first encounter of the Circuit des 24 Heures for rookies Manuela Gostner (Italy) and Michelle Gatting (Denmark), while Rahel Frey (Switzerland) will be refreshing her memories of her 2010 experience of the great race.

During their training day on Thursday 28 March or Monday 1 April, the Kessel drivers will be able to familiarise themselves with the circuit’s intricacies, in various circumstances, getting used to different weather and daylight conditions as well as the corners, braking points, marshal posts and safety procedures of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Supported by the FIA Women in Motorsport commission, Swiss team Kessel Racing will be fielding a Ferrari 488 GTE in the LMGTE Am class in the European Le Mans Series and at Le Mans 24 Hours, the grand finale of the World Endurance Championship on 15 and 16 June 2019.
