ELMS - 11/09/2013
Team Release
Kox Racing starts with a new driver line-up for the race at Hungaroring this
weekend: Dennis Retera (NL) will join Nico Pronk (NL) and Peter Kox (NL) making
it an all Dutch driver line-up.
They have already proven their strength as a team when they shared a car in 2012 at the Dubai 24h race. Now they take up the challenge within the ELMS GTC category in the new REITER Gallardo GT3 FL2 and want to bring home as many championship points as possible.
Peter Kox: „I think we should do well at Hungaroring. We won the 12h race here earlier in the year with the REITER GT3 and the track should suit our car.“
Dennis Retera: „I'm really pleased to drive in the ELMS series with Kox Racing. I have known Peter all my life and he has helped me a lot during my career. I'm also looking forward to drive with Nico again after a quiet year for me. Peter is a very experienced driver and Nico is doing really well as Gentlemen driver. Both have done a good job together this year so far in ELMS and I hope I can be useful in getting a good result. I know all the guys that are working on the car from the past when I drove with Reiter Engineering, they are good guys so let's do our best!“
Nico Pronk: „For the fourth round of the ELMS we decided to change from a two driver to a three driver line-up and I am very pleased that Dennis will join Peter and me. Dennis is an experienced driver and knows the team and the car very well. I am confident that we can be competitive this way and I am looking forward to working and driving with both Peter and Dennis.“
