“Pick the 2014 ELMS Winners and be Our Guest in 2015”
After the 4 Hours of Paul Ricard last September the race to the title in each of the three classes in the 2014 European Le Mans Series was very close and it was hard to predict who would be crowned overall 2014 champion after the final 4-hour encounter race on the sweeps and turns of Estoril in Portugal.
Journalists who have followed the 2014 European Le Mans Series were invited to nominate who would be victorious in LMP2 and all the correct answers were placed into a draw to be the guests at every round of the ELMS in 2015. At the Estoril prize giving ceremony just after the race, the name of the winner was drawn.
Over one hundred journalists were invited to “play the game”, with many of them not hesitating to enter for such a great prize. The journalists that chose Signatech Alpine as the overall 2014 ELMS Champions were correct and one name was drawn from the hat. French weekly magazine AUTO HEBDO was drawn to be our guest on the races of the 2015 European Le Mans Series.
