After three hours of competition spins are part and
parcel of the race. At half way, the drivers must be very cautious. But prudence
was not part and parcel of the Saleen S7-R driving which introduced the safety
car on the track after having slipped off at the end of the straight line. This
incident could allow Larbre Compétition to be the 2010 champion this evening.
In LMP1, Team ORECA Matmut Paugeot was leading after three hours, but the car is now in the pits... In LMP2 la HPD ARX-01c n°42 du Team Strakka Racing continue sur sa lancée. As for LMGT2, the Ferrari F430 n°95 du Team AF Corse conserve la première position. The only steady race is Dams' FLM, la n°43.
