24 Hours of Le Mans - Congratulations to the ELMS teams!

The first ELMS entry that finished the 24 Hours of Le Mans is the ORECA 05 Nissan n°33 of Eurasia Motorsport. It finishes fifth of the LMP2 class.On the 6th place we find the n°41 Greaves Motorsport driven by Julien Canal, Memo Rojas and Nathanaël Berthon.

The n°33 is followed by the n°23 of Panis Barthez Competition driver by Fabien Barthez, Paul-Loup Chatin and Thimothé Buret that took the 8th position in the LMP2 class. At the 12th position we can find the Algarve Pro Racing Ligier JSP2 Nissan n°25 of first Chris Hoy who finishes his very first 24 Hours of Le Mans. Three laps behind is the n°40 Ligier JSP2 pf Krohn/ Jönsson/ Barbosa.

14th of the LMP2 class is the n°22 So24! By Lombard Racing, that was in it's home track.

Finally, 15th and 17th are the Oreca 03R of Murphy Protoype (n°48) and Race Performance (n°34).

In the LMGTE Am class the 3 ELMS entries crossed the finish line. Fisrt the Ferrari 458 Italia n°60 of Formula Racing and driver by one of the two women of the race, Christina Nielsen. The 60 finishes sixth in the LMGTE Am class.

Right after the 60 Ferrari comes the Aston Martin V8 Vantage n°99 of Aston Martin Racing that took the 7th place of the class, followed by the Ferrari 458 Italia of AF Corse driven by Cameron/ Scott/ Griffin.

14 ELMS entries took part to the 24 Hours of Le Mans and 11 have seen the chequered flag.

The next round of the ELMS will be in the Red Bull Ring on the 16th and 17th of July.
